The Effects of Entrepreneurship on the Enterprises’ Sustainable Innovation Capability in the Digital Era: The Role of Organizational Commitment, Person–Organization Value Fit, and Perceived Organizational Support

The concept of entrepreneurship in the digital era has been developed rapidly recent years, and it a more significant impact on company’s sustainable innovation capabilities. In era, gradually become spiritual trait organization members appears all levels an organization. This research examines capability from perspective organizational commitment.
